At ConceptMilan we are committed to ensuring maximum satisfaction for our customers. It is possible to request an exchange, a return or a refund under the terms and conditions set out below, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from receipt of the product.
The product must be in original condition, unworn, complete with labels and packaging.
The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
The refund will be made net of initial shipping costs and any bank fees.

You can request a size or model replacement by following these steps:
Write to conceptmilan.info@gmail.com indicating the order number.
Receive instructions for paying for the service.
The courier will deliver the new item and collect the one to be returned.
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to return or free replacement.
How to proceed:
Send an email to conceptmilan.info@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt, attaching photos and description of the problem.
After verification, we will collect the product at no cost.
You will be able to choose between a full refund or replacement.
Foreign customers can request a return within 15 days from receipt.
The product must be intact, never used, complete with labels.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase (card, PayPal or bank transfer), within 7 working days from receipt and verification of the return.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
